Refund Policy

Payment Confirmation – Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the student/client via email and SMS within 24-48 hours.

 

Cancellation Policy – The client can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the student/client. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Refund Policy – The Company suggests the students/clients must read the refund policy thoroughly before making payments.

The Company will not, under any circumstances, refund any of the total fees and shall be entitled to receive the full payment from the client if:

  • The client voluntarily withdraws the case at any stage throughout the process.

  • Once the client accepts the quotation/s in-person or through email and then he/she does not wish to proceed further for any reason whatsoever and / or does not provide relevant / specific documents for the application filing to the Education provider, Govt. Authority, Embassy, Assessment authority and/or any other third party.

  • The client does not co-operate towards completion of this process of services retained in any manner.

  • The client misses the deadline and/or does not acquire information, document, knowledge, education, skills, marks, grades, bands, points etc. as per the requirement of the Education provider, Govt. Authority, Embassy, Assessment authority and/or any other third party.

  • Education provider, Govt. Authority, Embassy, Assessment authority and/or any other third party give unfavourable results stating that the institute is not recognized or listed.

  • The application, deposit and/or processing fee paid to Education provider, Govt. Authority, Embassy, Assessment authority and/or any other third party is the liability of the client and is not included in the company’s service charges.

  • Client cannot claim a refund of service chargers/fee paid Education provider, Govt. Authority, Embassy, Assessment authority and/or any other third party.

  • The Company is not responsible for any delay caused by External services such as Education provider, Govt. Authority, Embassy, Assessment authority and/or any other third party.

  • The Company does not any guarantee the approval, success, positive response of the application filed to Education provider, Govt. Authority, Embassy, Assessment authority and/or any other third party.

  • The Company will not entertain any claim of refund in case of rejection/refusal/withdraw from Education provider, Govt. Authority, Embassy, Assessment authority and/or any other third party.

  • The Company will not refund or transfer the service fee paid or/and balance to be paid to another family member, a friend or a relative.

  • The Company will not refund or transfer the service fee paid or/and balance to be paid to any service/product other than the original service/product/country for which the client started the process with the Company.

  • It is agreed by the client that she/he knows that the Company will deploy its employees and utilize other infrastructures for providing services to the client by spending considerable amounts of money. Irrespective of the result of the application, the client hereby undertakes that he/she will not claim a refund of the service fees and charges paid to the Company.

  • The Company refers to eCollege Academy, eCollege Academy Global Education Services Private Limited, its branches, and its subsidiaries.

  • Third parties refer to Education provider, Accommodation provider, Hostel, Residence, Govt. Authority, Embassy, Assessment authority, Courier Service provider, language proficiency test centre, Embassy, Translator, Police clearance service, Notary service, Lawyer, medical examination centre, visa centre, Airport, Boarder agency, immigration office, and Biometric collection centre etc.
